These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of OriVista’s website (www.orivista.com), subdomains (including book.orivista.com), and associated services, including villa bookings, inquiries, newsletters, and the OriCircle Privilege Program.
By using our site or completing a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
“OriVista”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to OriVista, a hospitality and property management company based in Bali, Indonesia.
“Guest” or “you” refers to any individual accessing our website, making a booking, or availing benefits.
“Partner Vendors” refers to third-party businesses offering privileges under the OriCircle Program.
All villa booking-related information — including property features, inclusions, exclusions, pricing, cancellation policy, refund terms, and security deposits — are explicitly mentioned on each listing page or booking platform (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, Direct Booking engine).
OriVista is not liable for any misunderstanding, dispute, or expectation mismatch arising from the information clearly provided on those listings.
It is the responsibility of the guest to review all booking and cancellation terms prior to confirming the reservation.
Each villa has its own cancellation and refund policy clearly stated at the time of booking.
No compensation or damages will be entertained for cancellations, changes in plans, missed flights, force majeure events, or guest dissatisfaction arising from issues disclosed in the listing or beyond OriVista’s reasonable control.
All cancellation requests must be submitted via the original booking platform or through OriVista’s official channels.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
OriVista shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:
Property issues or utility failures (power, Wi-Fi, water supply, etc.)
Noise, construction, insects, or environmental factors beyond our control
Personal injury, loss of belongings, accidents, or death
Booking discrepancies due to third-party platforms
Failure of external vendors to honor OriCircle offers
Delays, cancellations, or non-performance due to force majeure
OriVista’s total liability, if any, under any legal theory shall not exceed the amount paid by the guest for the booking in question.
Guests agree to:
Use the villa and its amenities in a responsible and lawful manner.
Respect the rules of the property and the neighborhood.
Be liable for any damages caused during the stay, whether intentional or accidental.
Not engage in illegal, loud, or disruptive activities.
OriVista reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund if the guest violates the property rules or local laws.
OriCircle is a complimentary membership program that provides access to offers from independent third-party businesses (restaurants, spas, clubs, etc.).
OriVista does not charge vendors and does not receive commissions for these benefits.
OriVista does not guarantee the availability, consistency, or quality of any benefit or discount offered by OriCircle partners.
OriVista shall not be liable for any disputes, injuries, dissatisfaction, or financial losses arising from interactions between guests and OriCircle partners.
All offers are subject to availability and may change or end without notice.
You agree not to:
Use the site or its content for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other systems through hacking, password mining, or other means.
Use automated systems (bots, crawlers) to extract or copy content.
Impersonate another individual or falsify your identity.
OriVista may block access or take legal action against any user violating these conditions.
Our website may contain links to external platforms, including booking engines, review sites, or partner offers. OriVista:
Does not endorse or guarantee the content or services of any third-party site
Is not responsible for your interactions with such sites
Encourages users to read their respective terms and privacy policies
OriVista shall not be held responsible for non-performance or delays due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Political unrest or strikes
Pandemics, epidemics, or health emergencies
Utility failures or government restrictions
Travel bans or acts of God
No refund or compensation will be applicable in such events.
All content on the OriVista website — including text, images, logos, designs, code, and videos — are the intellectual property of OriVista or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the content without prior written consent.
Use of OriVista’s name or branding for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OriVista and its team, affiliates, and representatives from any claim, loss, liability, or demand — including reasonable legal fees — arising from:
Your breach of these Terms
Violation of applicable laws
Misuse of the site or our services
Disputes arising from third-party bookings or OriCircle redemptions
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Indonesia, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Denpasar, Bali.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
Continued use of the website or our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
