Good location, however needs a lot of maintenance and didn’t feel very clean. Positive: Good location if your looking at going to beach clubs. Negative: This property needs a lot of maintenance. The infinity pool wasn’t filled enough so there was no filtration of the pool water. We had to clean the pool each time before we got into it. There was a broken light with sharp edges that someone cut themselves on, as well as broken tiles in the pool which were also sharp.

HEALTH RISK Positive: DO NOT STAY HERE Negative: DO NOT STAY HERE — ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE TRAVELLING WITH CHILDREN. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences we have ever had. What was supposed to be a relaxing stay turned into an extremely stressful situation, particularly because we were travelling with our baby. There is ongoing construction directly up the road, with significant dust and materials being used. During our stay, our baby became seriously unwell and required medical attention at hospital. We became extremely concerned about the environment surrounding the villa and ultimately had no choice but to leave the property early because our daughter was so unwell. Despite the circumstances, we received no compensation whatsoever for having to leave early, our additional accommodation costs, medical expenses or the disruption to our holiday. The only response we received was essentially, “I hope your daughter gets better.” Completely unacceptable given the circumstances. The villa itself also had multiple issues: • We were left without water for approximately 9 hours, despite repeatedly asking for it to be replaced. • No toilet paper was provided after the villa was cleaned. • The pool was cleaned only once during our entire week-long stay, and we have videos showing how dirty the pool became and why we could not use it. • The pool was then treated with acid while we were staying at the villa, leaving it unusable for approximately 24 hours. • The pool furniture was broken and unsafe, with one chair not even having a back. • There was a leak inside the villa, leaving water all over the lounge room floor. • We requested a fan because our baby’s room was extremely hot, yet it took two full days for one to be provided. The lack of communication, basic maintenance and care was incredibly disappointing. We should never have had to repeatedly ask for basic necessities such as drinking water, toilet paper and a fan.

There was only the two of us staying at the villa but the villa could certainly accommodate for 3 x couples. Plenty of room and good size pool. Close to all the amenities. A few minutes walk to the beach, cafes, restaurants and shopping. Also recommend Copenhagen Canggu Cafe Berawa.
